She has worked in many different industries, held many different positions, and worked in various business departments such as Human Resources, Operations, Finance and Budgets, Program Development, and Management, Analysis, and Planning to name a few. Paulett Earned her BBA in Management from Pace University, New York, MBA in Management from Long Island University, New York, and an advanced degree in Organization and Management from Capella University, Minnesota.
Paulett utilizes her analytical skills to create customized leadership development solutions designed to enhance employee development, team building, supervisory skills, employee engagement, strategic planning, and organizational development. She is widely respected for her skills as an expert problem-solver, coach, and facilitator.
